What to Contact Us About

Who Operates PakSpeed

PakSpeed is operated by WALI (WANG Lab of Innovation) and the Urdu AI development team. The platform gives Pakistani users a free internet speed test and turns anonymized results into public-interest connectivity research.

PakSpeed is community-oriented infrastructure, not an ISP, telecom regulator, or billing support desk. That distinction matters: the site can help people measure, compare, and document internet quality, but it does not sell packages, repair connections, or represent any provider.

Before You Send a Message

If you are reporting a speed or ISP issue, please share enough context for the team to understand the pattern without sending private account details. Useful details include your city, ISP name, connection type, device type, approximate test time, and whether the issue happens on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or both.

PakSpeed cannot access or change your internet package, billing account, router password, or ISP customer record. For account-specific service problems, contact your provider first. PakSpeed can help document broader connectivity patterns and correct public data when a ranking, city name, or provider label appears wrong.

Data Corrections

If a city, ISP name, comparison page, ranking, or map label appears incorrect, send the page link and a short explanation of the issue. Helpful corrections include provider rebrands, merged networks, city spelling issues, wrong province labels, and speed figures that look out of date compared with recent public evidence.

PakSpeed reviews correction requests against available test patterns, public provider information, and internal quality checks. Individual messages are not enough to change a ranking by themselves, but they help the team identify data quality problems and improve how results are explained.

Research and Media Requests

Researchers, journalists, universities, civil society groups, and policy teams can contact PakSpeed about aggregate speed trends, city-level connectivity gaps, ISP comparison methodology, and responsible ways to cite public findings. We only share data in ways that protect user privacy and avoid exposing individual test records.

For research requests, include the question you are studying, the geography or provider group you care about, your deadline, and whether you need a quote, methodology explanation, or aggregated data summary. PakSpeed prioritizes requests that support digital inclusion, consumer transparency, public-interest reporting, education, and better connectivity policy.

Privacy and Security

Please do not send account numbers, CNIC details, payment screenshots, router admin passwords, private emails from your ISP, or exact home addresses. If a screenshot is useful, remove personal information first. PakSpeed is designed around privacy-preserving measurement and does not need sensitive account details to understand speed patterns.

If you believe you found a security issue, broken redirect, exposed file, or privacy problem on PakSpeed.com, describe the issue clearly and include the affected URL. Security and privacy reports are treated as higher-priority messages because user trust is part of the platform's core purpose.

Partnerships

PakSpeed welcomes practical partnerships with universities, civic technology groups, community networks, schools, media organizations, public-interest researchers, and responsible telecom stakeholders. Good partnership proposals usually explain the audience served, the data or outreach need, the expected public benefit, and the safeguards needed to protect users.

The platform is not built to shame providers. It is built to make internet quality visible, comparable, and easier to improve. Partnership messages that share that accountability-first approach are the best fit.

Response Time

We usually respond within 24-48 hours. If your message is about a specific speed test result, include your city, ISP name, device type, and the approximate time of the test. Do not send passwords, account numbers, payment details, or private ISP login information.

During launch periods or major outages, replies may take longer. Clear subject lines help: use phrases such as "Data correction," "Research request," "Press inquiry," "Privacy question," "Security report," or "Speed test feedback."

Frequently Asked Questions

Can PakSpeed fix my internet connection?
PakSpeed cannot repair a connection or change an ISP account. It can help you measure performance and document patterns that may support a better complaint, comparison, or public discussion.

Can I ask for my personal speed test to be removed?
Yes. Contact the team with the approximate test time, city, provider, and device context. Do not send private account details. PakSpeed reviews privacy requests carefully and avoids storing direct personal identifiers in the first place.

Can I cite PakSpeed in an article, class project, or report?
Yes, but cite the page you used and describe the figures as community-contributed speed test evidence, not official ISP billing or regulator data. Contact the team if you need help explaining methodology or limitations.
