How is this status calculated?
PakSpeed compares average speed and ping from the most recent 6 hours with the same hours in the network or city’s previous 30-day baseline. Low-sample results are not published.
This is a measurement signal, not a confirmed outage declaration. One poor test never marks a network as down.
